I am a full-time, professional REALTOR specializing in the sales and marketing of homes throughout Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties for the past 10 years.   I have an excellent marketing plan that is second to none and take my job of selling your home very seriously.  When it comes to working with buyers I go the extra mile to see that every new listing is brought to your attention, even some listings that aren't on the market, through my networking with other agents in the county.  Most importantly I excel in my ability to listen to my clients needs.  It sounds like such a simple thing but something you will find very rare among real estate professionals. After a short time of knowing you, I have been known to lead you to just the home you have looking for.  In addition, I have a proven track record of negotiating the best possible price for your home.  My husband Tony joined me about four years ago.  He is currently the CFO of a local company in Santa Cruz and still works with me when time allows.

Personal Information
A California native, I have lived in Santa Cruz since 1985.  I came to real estate from a career as a business owner providing medical billing, contracting and management for physicians for 27 years.  Tony was born and raised in San Jose, Ca. and moved to Santa Cruz in 1990.  He is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and has been a CPA since 1982.  He has held the position of CFO and Board Member for a number of very successful companies.  

We are happily married, grandparents to 8 beautiful grandchildren. I was very involved in the activities and schooling of my children as they were growing up and as a result have an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. I know the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available and provide a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.

When not serving our clients or spending time with our family and friends, we enjoy taking advantage of the beautiful Monterey Bay area by exploring the beaches, scuba diving, playing tennis, golfing and long walks on West Cliff Drive. Traveling has been a latest passion, but it always wonderful to come home to our beautiful Monterey Bay.
